Refund policy

InstaBakery's  return policy generally excludes grocery and Food items and perishable goods, meaning they cannot be returned once delivered. Non-grocery, non-returnable items include those with broken seals or opened boxes. For eligible, non-grocery items, returns are accepted within 15 days. Refunds are processed after quality checks via the original payment method.

  • Refunds: Once a return is approved, it can take 5–14 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account.
